Develop a case scenario:
Using the inquiry topic from your team project in NURS 804, develop a case scenario (1-2 paragraphs) around this area of interest. This case scenario should be related to patient care or disease management and focus on a specific patient that reflects the population and setting of interest from your 804 inquiry topic. For example, if your 804 topic is infectious disease and your inquiry question related to measles vaccination rates, your scenario may relate to the mother of a school age child who is reluctant for her child to receive the necessary vaccines to enroll in school.
Based on the case scenario:
Describe those patterns of knowing that are evidence in the scenario and how those patterns were placed into action.
What impact did these patterns have on your patient/family?
What impact did these patterns have on the provider (nurse practitioner) and their practice?
Conclude your post with a self-reflection:
Identify which pattern of knowing is most challenging for you and what kinds of experiences would you choose to enhance your understanding of the pattern as you develop into the nurse practitioner role?

JUST A LITTLE FYI FOR YOU SO yOU KKOW: a little background of me I worked with geriatric patients with mental health in a long term care facility in the past and I also worked with in jail (rikers island ) and worked with people with mental health and now I work with children and adolescent with mental health in a hospital and sometimes I get floated to the adult behavioral inpatient unit and also the psych Emergency department in my hospital so overall I have dealt with a lot of different psychiatric disorders including schizophrenic patients.
