Long Island NY. Please make sure the propsal is based off this organization.
Design a 1,050- to 1,400-word Business Proposal for a process improvement or cultural change that would affect all levels of staff in the
organization and improve productivity within the organization.
THE TOPIC I CHOOSE IS: A BUSINESS PROPOSAL ABOUT INCREASING EMPLOYEE RETENTION. I would like to propose an updated
orientation training for all new hires, in order for my organization to be able to retain its hired employees and set them up for success.
