PART II: America clearly has social problems related to sexual behavior (Sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted pregnancies, broken relationships, pornography, prostitution, sexual abuse, contraception, sexual harassment, rape, etc.). And, it seems clear that the strategies employed so far to get people to change their behaviors and attitudes about sex so that these problems can be lessened, have not been as effective as hoped. And so, if you were appointed the ‘Sex Czar of the United States’ or ‘Secretary of Sex’, with broad powers to make policy decisions: What 1) alterations, 2) modifications, 3) adjustments and 4) policies would you recommend to bring about changes in sexual response and behavior that would reduce the severity and grimness of our problems?
