Deviance Experience
Conduct an experiment in deviant behavior. The idea is to violate a social norm (nothing illegal or dangerous please, I don’t need any calls from the police) and observe how the people around you respond. You will write a 3 page paper that has three basic sections:
(1) description of the situation,
(2) reaction of the people around you, and
(3) your feelings during the situation. Make sure you also connect the breaking of this social norm to your Christian faith.
Beloved students, please note YOU are the one breaking the social norm. You are not having others break it and you observe it, but YOU are the one who is violating the norm and watching how others around you respond to YOUR deviance.
Make sure that your paper is typewritten, double-spaced using 12-point Times New Roman font and 1″ margins. You also need an APA Style Title Page.

Disrupting a small group meeting by fighting with another member
Wearing a mask while shopping at Walmart
Wearing a bicycle helmet while shopping at the mall
