Student is to write a paper describing and defining the legal scope of practice for RNs and LPNs:
Not limited to but including:
A. Legal standards as defined by the State of NY
B. Differences in practice between LPNs and RNs and reasons for those differences, if applicable.
C. Educational requirements for RNs and LPNs
Paper should include one nursing theory and should explain how that nursing theory will influence your transition to becoming an RN.
