The disease process is: Diabetes Mellitus Type 1
1. Identify the Normal anatomy and physiology of the system; 2. identify the Pathophysiology which occurs with the disease process including Labs, Signs and Symptoms, and Treatments; 3. Risk factors; 4. the Nurse’s Discharge Education to teach the client and family (diet, exercise, psychosocial support, etc.) and, 5. Teach the client in simple terms they would understand (may provide 1-2 diagrams).
This paper must comply with APA 7th edition guidelines, and should be between 7-10 pages in length, excluding title and abstract pages (I can do abstract, and title page myself). You must include a conclusion and reference pages. You must reference your Pathophysiolgy Textbook and at least three additional peer reviewed articles/textbooks. This is to be submitted to SAFE-ASSIGN. The paper must be submitted on Sunday, March 5th, by 9 pm. This will be graded per the written assignment rubric attached.
