My assignment is to conduct a windshield survey of my communtiy for zipcode 33907 (Fort Myers, FL). A Windshield Survey is a survey performed by health professionals to collect data by literally driving around and look out their windshield to assess people and the environment. Health professionals use this data to develop a Community Health Plan. There are multiple sources of examples of windshield surveys online. it must be 9-10 pages. I know this assignment says that you must drive around, but I think it would work to look up this zipcode or city on maps and find everything in this area from there. Notes should be taken on the handout I uploaded. You basically are answering the questions in the handout and putting that into a paper.
