Needs to be explain the scientific/cellular pathophysiology of how her diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and Coronary Artery Disease causes her to have ineffective tissue perfusion which ultimately lead her to get DRY Gangrene to the right foot, causing her to have Right foot amputation through metatarsals ( removal of her toes ) & osteomylitis

Patient: – 78 year old white female patient who arrvied to emergency room 2/17/2023 with complains of worsening right 3 toe discoleration and pain for 1 day. Patient states discoloration began 1 week ago but is now black. She also noted swelling in her lower leg over the past few dates. Patient states their is some numbness in her right foot and redness. Patient came to emergency room after her home care nurse advised her to.
Patient had a right toe ampulationg 12/6/2022, a right popiteal drug-coated balloon angioplasty and right posterior tibial artery angioplasty on 01/20/2023 and a CABG procedure on 2/21/2023.
