I need a paper describing what the spleen is, and it’s functions. Just give facts on the spleen. Then I need to incorporate Ultrasound into the paper. What tranducer is used, the echogenicity of the spleen, what anomalies to look for, the measurement of a normal spleens just basically all about how to scan a spleen using Ultrasound. The information needs to come from journal articles that aren’t older than 2010. Thank you
