This study is based on a SaO2 was 45%. Her HR was 30, and BP was 70/20. She was ultimately diagnosed with Amiodorone Toxicity. This toxicity caused pulmonary fibrosis bilaterally, flash pulmonary edema, kidney injury, and multiple other sysystemic syndromes. She is required high-flo nasal cannual at 60L and 90%. I do not know if she will have permanent lung or kidney injury. it will take at least 120 days for wash out of the medication. ICU must closely monitor her Mg and K levels as these patients often going into a Torsodes Rhythm.

Student Presenter:
For your presentation, create a slide deck in PowerPoint and format like an EXPANDED SOAP note. Slides should include:
Subjective Data: Chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, meds, allergies, family history, social history, and relevant review of systems.
Objective Data: Vital signs, physical exam, labs, diagnostic tests.
Assessment: Problems, differential diagnoses (include ICD-10 codes EM codes) . Objective data may vary depending on your specialty track.
Care Plan: Management of diagnoses including follow up or reasons to return as applicable.
Reflection: A brief review why you chose this case and reflect on it Be sure to include either clinical decision guidelines or evidence relevant to your case topic.
Keep your PowerPoint slides open as you will record your slides as part of your presentation.
Student Presenter’s Video Presentation should be approximately 20 minute Video of your Clinical Case where you discuss the slides in your PPT: Providing your HPI including subjective, objective data, and differential diagnoses etc.
Finally type in three questions that will help foster discussion around your presentation. These questions can be related to clinical guidelines and evidence, ethics, or personal experiences, as some examples.
