VI. Project Implementation:
1. Connect evidence to a conceptual framework or theory
2. Describe the project’s anticipated/actual implementation steps-design and rationale for chosen design
3. Describe anticipated/actual setting include location, populations, and sample size.
4. Describe roadblocks or barriers that may be encountered
5. Describe potential alterations to address potential barriers, include how alterations will meet the purpose, aim, and objectives of proposed project.
6. Discuss dissemination plan of project to key stakeholders.
