Long & detailed instructions, please read through this:
The original assignment was to read the article (attached below) and write a paper presenting the author’s topic and narrative, what the story is, what happened, the author’s opinion about it, and give examples from the article.
Now I need to rewrite the paper and keep this article the main focus, but broaden out and consider the larger theme presented in the original article.
– consider how does this narrative illustrate a larger, prevalent problem in our healthcare system, and what makes it different?
– examine what makes it difficult to solve the problems in our healthcare system that are presented in the article.
– What barriers are there to changing the system so that the problems presented in the article can be solved or at least improved?
– find two peer-reviewed articles that provide evidence concerning the policy issue raised by your essay. For instance, an article showing how prevalent the issue is, and an article showing the difficulty of changing our medical system to fix the problem would work well. Health policy journals and other journals that examine where health and medicine fit into our society would work best as places to find good articles.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE IN THE ESSAY:
1. Present your narrative matters article, detailing the story told in it, the author’s role, and the problems raised concerning health, disease, and healthcare currently. (It’s okay to use the text of the first essay in this part)
2. Consideration in your essay of what specific circumstances make the narrative presented unique and what central components reflect a typical experience of others in our current context.
3. What barriers are there to improving our healthcare system in ways that would ameliorate the problems raised in your article?
4. Two peer-reviewed articles that are relevant to the narrative matter article.
5. At least one article should address BARRIERS.
6. Please use proper sentence structure and keep the paper organized with clearly-defined paragraphs.
