Write an 8–9 page research paper (excluding the title page and reference list) on an issue or trend in health care. Choose a current issue or trend in healthcare. Research the issue, including the pros and cons of the situation. This paper should represent a comprehensive overview of the issue or trend. Must use at least eight (8) scholarly sources (Wikipedia is not accepted):
Topic for the research paper is: Building, sustaining, and improving the health care workforce of the future.
(Must use numbers, level headings, and in-text citations, following all APA formatting requirements)

Must at least use 5 peer-reviewed journal articles (current within 5 years) and the remaining 3 sources can be books and/or credible websites.
