For the purpose of the discussion of relevance to public health practice, you should assume the position of a public health practitioner working in an organization with responsibility for a large urban population in the UK or in your home country. Introduction: By way of introduction, discuss the governance mechanisms through which an organization involved in the prevention or management of a health condition might ensure that effective (evidence based) interventions are delivered. You should state the type of organization you are discussing. This should be concise but should be supported by relevant literature.
Study validity – using the critical appraisal tool to help you, introduce the study and answer the following questions:

– Is the economic evaluation valid?
– How were the costs and consequences assessed and compared?
Study results – again using the critical appraisal tool to help you, answer the following question:
– What is the overall result?
You should take into account effectiveness and cost. The result reported should be appropriate for the type of study you have said this is. You should comment on significance.
Application to practice – this section should address the following.
