I need to complete my Yellow Belt Project. I will submit the outline of how it needs to be filled out and will provide you with the projects problem statement, in scope, and out of scope. If you can fill out the data on a word document I can transfer it to the outline but I need the information that is required from the outline to be completed entirely.
The problem statement is: “Since December 14, 2022, 163 patients across 4 clinics at MEDVAMC within a two-week period were not seen at their scheduled appointment time. This can range between 45min-2 hours late from their scheduled appointment time. The standard is that patients must be seen within 30min from their appointment time. This has resulted in dissatisfied patients, delay in patientcare, and motion waste with front desk staff. “
