The case assignment (case study) is a written description of a problem or situation. “Most cases are a snapshot of a particular situation within a complex environment.” The purpose of the case assignment in this course is to place the student in a position that will require research, synthesis of information and critical thought. Describe the types of processes that would need to be managed in the organization you selected for exploration.
Discuss the role of communication in the organization you selected and the role of the healthcare manager in coordinating organizational activities
