Use this format by clearly indicating what’s what.
Introduction
a. A description of the laboratory is stated – IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Brief
background information should be presented on the subject matter within this
section.
B. Methods/Procedures
a. A description of the methods used is presented in this section. Enough
information should be included to allow another person to read your report
and perform the laboratory as stated.
C. Results
a. Any required calculations must be shown in detail. Any measurements that
were taken are to be displayed in the results section.
D. Conclusion/Discussion
a. Answer all questions that were provided for each laboratory. Moreover, you
must describe what you learned in the lab – if all you do for the conclusion –
the discussion section answers lab questions; points will be deducted.
Tools used in the lab were a treadmill, a cuff with a stethoscope, and a stationary bike.
