Ms. Smith states the rash is painful and burning. It started on her upper back and now extends to her mid back. The rash started 3 days ago, no fever or chills present. She had a similar rash in the past 2 years ago and was given a fungal cream which took the rash away. She is a farmer and was recently diagnosed with Lupus. She started Methotrexate and is tolerating the medication well. Her other medical history includes one vaginal childbirth with no complications. She not on any other medications.
