3. Reflective paper: Part 2 Critical analysis of learning – Week 10 (35%)
Students will critically reflect and write about a story from their own practice related to teaching-learning with a person/family/community.
This is a scholarly paper and is to be written in full sentences, with proper APA format for grammar and style. Refer to “APA writing and format” file provided on eClass. The paper is to be no longer than 5 pages, double-spaced – excluding title page and references. A minimum of 4 relevant references should be used to inform the analysis. You can use a LEARN note format.
Questions to guide the paper:
Description – who, what, when, how, why, where, feelings
Analysis
• what was good and bad about the experience?
• what sense can you make of the experience?
• How does learning in this course relate to this experience?
• How is it the same or different from your personal philosophy articulated in reflective paper part 1?)
• How has this reflection changed or reinforced your personal philosophy articulated in reflective paper part 1?)
• How will you use your analysis to inform future teaching-learning experiences?
NOTE: emphasis in this paper is on the analysis components of the described teaching-learning experience in relation to theory and other course content/concepts.
