Results not current: Check terms used in the search. Do they accurately represent your topic? Check a book or website to make sure the terms are in fact used for this concept. Then rerun search. If results still not current, it is possible there is no newer research available. Seek assistance from a librarian or instructor.
Results too aligned with medicine and not enough with nursing: Try searching CINAHL if you’ve not already done so.
