The reflection should cover the following areas. ( paper should reflect all nursing experience Begining with transtioning from a recent grad to having two years experinece in the hospital setting. 1.5 years in Medical surgical floor, experience including assements, infection prevention, and staff training, patient advocacy. 6 months in the post anesthesia recovery unit (PACU), detailed assessment skills, pain evaluation, improved communication, following national patient safety goals)
