You made wonderful points about how important it is to be civil not only to each other, but to patients and families as well. Given your work area of expertise, I am sure you not only have to worry about the care of the patient, but the feelings of the families. The worker also was in the crossfire here as well. As a future leader, what are some ways in which you can contribute to a culture of civility?
