Students are required to hand in one charting assignment. Students will perform a FULL head to toe assessment on an individual of the students choosing. Student will then document all data appropriately. All systems must be covered to obtain complete grades. Students must use an approved documentation method such as DPARE. Abbreviations may not be used. Unless on the approved List below;
