Please write an essay in which you’ve fully considered the following issues and applied them directly to the case study above:
1. What is the primary diagnosis that you would assign to John and substantiate your answer using the DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria? (DO NOT use point form. 2. Discuss any comorbid disorder(s) according to DSM-5 and ICD-10 that may or may not exist in this case study.
3. Explore the disorder(s) identified in relation to aetiological factors, especially that of gender.
4. Provide a critical review of the particular challenges of working with the disorder(s) identified from a South African perspective.

3. Discuss the specific challenges of diagnosis of this disorder within a South African context.
4. How would you manage this case given the divergent belief systems of the family and from the western perspective, with specific regard to management interventions?
5. Provide an overview of what could be important points to consider in an intervention plan for Sihle, with specific reference to support needs and coping mechanisms.
Provide references and in text citations from the prescribed reading in the module outline also pay attention to the rubric as it provides useful information about what the essay should include.
There are 2 assessments here and both should be written in the same style. Both require a minimum of 2750 words each excluding the contents page and the reference list. Both should have approx 12 references each and majority ofthe references and in text citations should be from the prescribed and recommended readings and maybe 4 from your own sources post 2001. No bullet points are to be used and the paper should have a contents page and clear headings throughout formatted in apa7 double spacing.
