As stated, as humans, we can perceive less than a ten-trillionth of all light waves. “Our experience of reality,” says neuroscientist David Eagleman, “is constrained by our biology.” He wants to change that. His research into our brain processes has led him to create new interfaces — such as a sensory vest — to take in previously unseen information about the world around us.

In this discussion, please spend only about 50 words summarizing the video (citing appropriately) – enough that I can see you have watched/read the material (no quoting).
Then, for the rest of your response, give an example in detail of how this might work. You can consider this from someone who is missing a sense (as described in the video – but using a different example), a sense that could be modified in some way, or being able to sense something you could not before. Everyone should have a different example and I am interested in original examples. If someone has already chosen that example, you need to make sure yours is somehow not the same. Note that is MUST be a sense (not a motor ability, emotion, etc.)! Please title your discussion with the sensory ability you have chosen.
Think about this as what you might need if you went to a different planet, or animal sense we do not have or variation of what we have, or some aspect of synthesthesia, or something completely new – who knows? Think about both the positive and the negative aspects. Consider it in terms of perception, recognition, and action and even phenomenology. Be creative!!
