Part B: Apply what you learned throughout the term by creating an action plan that can be implemented over the next 90 days – your plan should include critical issues that need to be addressed and prioritized to turn this situation around. Rank your action plan
into your top 3 recommendations.
The essay is worth 30 points and structured as follows: 5 points for following instructions (inclusive of APA formatting, grammar, and spelling), 5 points for your summarized observations, and 20 points for your action plan and recommendations linking to what we covered throughout the term.
