Overview
For this assignment, you will finish your literature review by putting together the pieces that you completed in your last two assignments and in PSYC4006. Take a look at the feedback you received on those assignments and make changes to those sections to improve your writing. In addition, you will write a conclusion to your literature review that summarizes what you have learned about the intervention you chose and how you would apply that knowledge to a workplace situation.
Preparation
Complete the following if you have not already:
Review the feedback you received on your assignments and make changes based on that feedback.
Review the Literature Review Template (given in the resources) you will use to complete your paper.
Instructions
Your assignment should include the following information:
Title page.
Heading: Introduction.
Describe the intervention you chose and explain why you selected this intervention. Identify which basic concepts of ABA are present in the intervention you selected.
Heading: Theme 1.
Themes could include participant characteristics, behavior of interest, function of the behavior, setting, the results, the type of intervention, or implementation of the intervention. You should choose 3–4 themes.
Compare and contrast the articles relative to each theme, and then synthesize your own position relative to the theme. Ask yourself what conclusion you would draw from the articles relative to that theme and the effectiveness of the intervention.
Note that you do not have to discuss each article in every theme. Conversely, aspects of one article may be discussed in multiple themes.
Include discussion of how each intervention relates to the basic concepts of ABA in your discussion throughout the review.
Heading: Theme 2.
Heading: Theme 3.
Heading: Ethical Considerations.
Consider ethical codes related to the implementation of the intervention. What are the potential concerns?
Cite at least three of the specific compliance codes from the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
Heading: Conclusion.
Summarize what you have learned about the intervention you chose and how you would apply that knowledge to a workplace situation. Is the intervention effective? In what circumstances should it be used?

Resources: A minimum of six scholarly or professional resources.
