ASSESSMENT: STRESS and How stress interacts with the biological, cognitive, developmental, social/personality, and mental/physical health.
1. Describe in detail ONE realistic, stressful situation or event. This may or may not be a personal issue. (You may wish to use and expand on one of your stressful situations that you documented in your stress journal.)
Apply what you have learned throughout the semester. REMEMBER: in order to apply what you have learned â you need to use, explain, and make connections of psychology terminology, theories and concepts to the âstressful situationâ you described in #1.
