This is for a research proposal on color-blind ratial attitudes. Below are the 8 article references that must be used in the
proposal.
We did a synthesis assignment of the 8 articles to find three themes (I uploaded it to files) and how the articles relate to each
other to use in the proposal, I kind of struggled with it, and the themes I came up with are: #1 white privilege, #2 having a color blind racial point of view correlates with the belief that racism doesn’t exist and everyone is equal, and #3 parents who are open to diversity have children who feel the same way). If you find something better in reviewing these 8 articles as far as the themes go, thats okay too.
We also did article summaries (I uploaded them to files as well, in case they may be helpful to you). Again I am not sure how
good I did on those summaries either. The instructions for the research proposal are listed below and must be followed exactly,
the professor looks at each sentence when she grades.
Introductory Paragraph:
• Sentence 1: Describe the broad topic the study will respond to. (Color-blind racial attitudes)
