You will be graded on the accuracy of your depiction of the symptoms or other behavioral manifestations presented by the “client” during the role-play intervew. You will also be graded on your ability to competently populate all sections of the initial assessment template. You will not be required to give a diagnosis (Specific diagnosis will be provided by the professor and must then be inserted into the proper diagnostic sections of the initial assessment writing assignment).
(Use recordings, notes from the Personal Written Initial Assessment about John Doe, and follow the template of the Model of the Initial Written Assessment about Buddy Birmingham to complete John Doe’s Assessment in a blank template.
